Wild Cat Episode 21

Like the rat she is, Camelia abandons this sinking ship and sneaks off in the middle of the night.

Rosaura has given her word to marry Silvano and she intends to keep it even though she doesn't really love him the way he loves her.

Carina is sliding down a deep slope. She asks to go home as she doesn't want to die in a hospital.

Jaqueline wants Rosaura to break up with Silvano as she's in love with him herself.

Crooked Nurse confesses to Rosaura about how, under the orders of Patricio, she helped Rosaura give birth up in the attic and that the baby Angeliquita is truly hers. Rosaura swears to Luis Mario she'll never forgive him because he didn't tell her the truth about the baby. Angeliquita is now renamed Gabrielita.

Rosaura throws Patricio out of the house and orders him to never bother her again. Patricio has been kind of pathetic these last couple of episodes, doing a lot of crying. Unable to face life with the woman he loves hating him, Patricio leaps from a tall building. He survives the fall but just barely. He's all fractured and wrapped up. In his hospital bed Patricio repents to Rosaura and tells her all the bad things he's done as well as what Eduarda and Eva have done.

Rosaura goes to confront Eduarda about her role in the death of Rosaura's drunk dad. Eduarda runs away with Rosaura chasing her down the street. What goes around comes around and this time it is Eduarda who gets hit by a car.

A donor match is found for Carina and she survives her leukemia.

Jaquelina and Luis Mario work together to make it appear they are a couple in order to make Silvano and Rosaura jealous.

Crazy Eva is back and she kidnaps Gabrielita. She makes arrangements for Rosaura to meet her in the swamp. With the cops and the cast hiding nearby, Rosaura brings Eva's sister Silvia along in hopes of talking Eva out of doing anything crazy. It doesn't work. While Rosaura struggles with Eva, Silvia is able to safely retrieve the baby. Eva takes Rosaura hostage and takes a boat out into the swamp. With the cops closing in both on water and in the air, Eva is knocked over the side of the boat and eaten by alligators! Shit yeah!

Patricio finally divorces Rosaura and urges Luis Mario to win her love back. Silvano and Rosaura end their engagement but remain friends. Gabrielita is a toddler by the time Luis Mario and Rosaura marry (again). There are hook-ups all around at the after party. Ivan and Jimena are back together again after she was married to Gabriel's brother. (Another victim of the Editing Gods.) Gossipy maid Panchita has a man. Aunt Claudia has found love. A healthy Carina has some guy. Silvano is there with Jaqueline. Happy endings all around.

The show ends with Rosaura and Luis Mario having sexy times out in the wild. Oh, those exhibitionists.

And that's how you cram 252 episodes into just 21, with awkward editing. I'm totally hooked, though. I've got to find me another telenovela like this one. A show with all the passion, hatred, big boobs and questionable fashion choices as Wild Cat had.

Wild Cat 19 - 20

Rosaura sees Crooked Nurse just a walkin' down the street singin' doo wah diddy diddy down diddy do. Distracted by Crooked Nurse, Rosaura nearly runs over a pedestrian. She slams on the brakes and knocks herself out. (Just go with it.)

Luis Mario and Maribella are breathing heavy and swallowing each other's faces when he accidentally calls her Rosaura. Understandably Maribella is less than pleased. (What she should have done was followed the wisdom of Susan Sarandon from Bull Durham and accept it was better to have Luis Mario here calling her Rosaura rather than him being with Rosaura and calling her Maribella.)

Desperate to get her missing child back, Rosaura gives in to Patricio who promises he'll get the baby back but not until Rosaura breaks up with both Luis Mario and Silvano (who has been wearing some really ugly clothes lately.)

Crooked Nurse takes a belt to her son Leo and beats him silly. Leo seeks protection from Luis Mario. In order not to be reported to the authorities, Crooked Nurse agrees to let Luis Mario take Leo and the baby for awhile until she calms down. Luis Mario then takes the boy and what he thinks is the boy's baby sister (but is in fact Luis Mario's own child) and dumps them off at Rosaura's place. Patricio struggles to think of a way to get rid of the kids before Rosaura realizes baby Angeliquita is actually her own.

Mercedez is looking for her other missing son and hears from the detective that the child may have been taken to Mexico. (I'm afraid just like I didn't get to hear the reason why Mercedez abandoned Luis Mario that I'll never find out why the other boy was taken away from her.)

Time is running short for Carina and they're not having much success finding a matching bone marrow donor for her.

Rosaura has invited Mercedez to the big house for dinner. While there Mercedez gets another call from the detective in Mexico. He's learned the boy was given over to a tribe of Indians to be raised. Patricio is like, "What a coincidence. I was raised by Indians in Mexico myself."

Faithful maid Caridad (Bruno's aunt) catches Maribella reading a magazine and confronts the tricky model. Caridad is all for telling Luis Mario the truth. Maribella begs for a week so she can come clean herself in a way that won't make Luis Mario hate her. Against her better judgment Caridad agrees. Later she calls Rosaura to tell her Maribella can see. In yet another scene lost to posterity, Rosaura already knew Maribella was faking because she had seen the model driving.

Luis Mario and Rosaura have yet another falling out and swear to never see each other again (again). Before parting ways (again) Rosaura insists to him that Maribella can see. Luis Mario asks Maribella about this and she swears up and down Rosaura is crazy.

Not wanting to be returned to his abusive mother, Leo takes baby Angeliquita and runs away. They get caught in a rainstorm and the baby falls ill. Strangers take the kids to the hospital where Angeliquita's life hangs by a thread.

Wanting to protect Maribella and get her married, Eduarda plots to kill Caridad before the maid can blab to Luis Mario. Eduarda figures she'll use the old tried and true method of running over Caridad. After all it worked with Rosaura's drunk dad all those episodes ago.

Caridad is rushed to the hospital where now she's the one whose life is hanging by a thread while baby Angeliquita is miraculously all better. Eduarda tries to kill off the unconscious Caridad before she wakes up but is interrupted by cousin Luisana. (I always want to write that as Lusitania.)

Rosaura was all set to divorce Patricio and ask Luis Mario for another chance again (again) when she learns he's still going to go through with the marriage to Maribella despite being told the model has been lying to him. So instead Rosaura plans to divorce Patricio and ask Silvano for another chance again.

Caridad comes to and asks for Luis Mario. She tells him about catching Maribella reading. He goes home and quietly enters the room to see Maribella doing her nails. Now that she's been caught red handed (literally) he orders her out of the house.

Patricio begs Rosaura not to divorce him. She will agree to remain married to him in name only if he agrees to have the house and the spa put in her name. He's desperate enough to do it.

Mercedez learns from the detective that Patricio is her long lost son. She doesn't look that thrilled about it.

Prepare yourself as Eva has gone totally over the edge. She shows up at Maribella's hotel room disguised as a biker chick. She thinks to ally herself with the model against Luis Mario and Rosaura. But unlike all the other crazy bitches on this show, Maribella isn't interested in any revenge. She just wants to get out of here and get on with her life. This doesn't set well with Eva and the two women fight with Eva successfully killing Maribella. She's in such a hurry to get out of there that she leaves her gun (with her fingerprints) behind so now the cops know she's the murderer and everyone is on the look-out.

Eva's next victim is supposed to be Rosaura but the chance comes up to kill Luis Mario and she takes it. She stabs him in the side with a wicked long knife. Before Eva can deliver the final blow Luis Mario has just enough strength to fight her off and so she flees. Luis Mario is rushed into surgery.

Since Patricio hasn't been paying the bills, Thug-For-Hire goes to the hospital and tells Luis Mario everything about the kidnapping, the birth in the attic, and how Angeliquita is really Rosaura's baby. You'd think Luis Mario would get right on the phone and call Rosaura with this earth-shattering news. You'd think wrong.

Luis Mario is telling his mother all about the wicked deeds Patricio has been behind in this series and how he'll do whatever it takes to put Patricio behind bars. Mercedez begs him not to as she reveals that Patricio is indeed Luis Mario's half brother. When Mercedez goes to Patricio to tell him who she is he informs her that he's suspected for awhile now that she was his birth mother but he wants nothing to do with her.

Maribella's older (much, much older) sister Jaqueline rides her steel horse into town and demands vengeance on her sister's killer.

Luis Mario starts to tell Rosaura about the baby but he takes too damn long and she walks out on him.

Scandal Episode 19

As Yoon Hwa Young faces the kidnapper of her son so many emotions flitter across her face. That's because Shin Eun Gyung is a damn fine actress. And the spitting at Myeong Geun says so much more than just a mere slap could ever do. With her anger barely in check, Hwa Young freely admits if she had a gun or a knife right now she would have killed Myeong Geun. How dare he kidnap her son and then have the audacity to seek her out, to speak with her, eat with her, smile with her. Myeong Geun can't even look her in the eye as she cries about gouging her eyes out and cutting her hands off after comforting him and feeling sorry for him.

It's a really powerful scene and a heck of a way to start the episode.

During all this what they don't realize is Jang Tae Ha is planning to come to the house to confront both Myeong Geun and Detective Ha Eun Joong - and he's bringing a golf club with him.

Inside the house Myeong Geun gives Hwa Young a box of childhood mementos of her son as Myeong Geun tries to explain how he meant to give Real Eun Joong back but days turned into years and eventually Myeong Geun realized he had come to love Eun Joong as much if not more than his own dead son.

He gets down on his knees and begs for forgiveness. Hwa Young is like, "Aw, hell no! My own son doesn't recognize me. I've missed everything important in his life. I'm gonna make you feel the same pain I'm feeling, old man."

Outside, Tae Ha, Kang Ho, and the golf club arrive. Tae Ha bursts unannounced into the living room where Myeong Geun and Hwa Young are. Tae Ha gets in one good swing with the club before Hwa Young takes it away from her enraged husband. However she does nothing to stop Tae Ha from beating the crap out of Myeong Geun with his bare hands.

Down at the station, Real Eun Joong is being questioned by Internal Affairs about the large amount of money transferred into his bank account as well as the rest of his questionable dealings with the investigation that he shouldn't have been conducting in the first place.

Back at the beating, Tae Ha threatens Myeong Geun in the worst way possible: by breaking every one of his son's bones. Myeong Geun starts to tell Tae Ha not to harm Eun Joong because of who he really is when Hwa Young finally speaks up. She cuts Myeong Geun off before Tae Ha can learn the truth of not only what Myeong Geun has done but also what Hwa Young has done. She desperately tries to turn Tae Ha's head away from directing his vengeance towards Real Eun Joong. In a last ditch effort Hwa Young shouts that she'll give up the law suit against the company. This seems to settle Tae Ha down a bit although he warns Myeong Geun he'll be back.

Real Eun Joong is meeting with Kang Joo Pil and asking about what happened in 1988. Who did Tae Ha kill back then? Frankly I'm surprised when Joo Pil answers honestly that it was Geon Young, Myeong Geun's real son. The ex-reporter goes on to dangle the fact that he knows who Real Eun Joong's parents are but Eun Joong doesn't care. He's perfectly satisfied with his life and the family he knows. Still, if one day Eun Joong changes his mind and does want to know the whole truth, he should come to Joo Pil who will tell him everything.

Back home Hwa Young continues to try and talk Tae Ha out of messing with Real Eun Joong. Since she promised to drop the law suit, Tae Ha now wants her to head the family's foundation. This will be the cornerstone of Fake Eun Joong's future run for the Blue House. He also talks about moving some Taeha Construction stock around so that in the end Fake Eun Joong will own it all (leaving Joo Ha out in the cold apparently). Hwa Young appears to be thinking the company (that once belonged to her father) should really be going to her real son.

(I hope this doesn't become a fight for the family company because those story lines just bore me to tears.)

Hwa Young gets a call from Real Eun Joong. She even has him listed in her cell phone as "Our Eun Joong." (Hmm, wonder if that will come back to bite her.) Anyway he's calling to arrange a dinner date as a thank you for her warning about the frame-up.

Real Eun Joong meets with Deputy Chief Whatshisname to ask for the elder's support as Eun Joong plans to use the bribery list to lure Tae Ha into a trap.

Fake Eun Joong tells his father how he's had a wiretap secretly installed in both Real Eun Joong's car and desk at work.

Ah Mi is tending to Myeong Geun's wounds. He uses the excuse that he fell down the stairs but my girl isn't fooled. She demands to know who broke in here with a golf club (Tae Ha left it behind) and beat him up. Perhaps she should say something to Real Eun Joong. Myeong Geun has no choice but to tell her what really happened. Ah Mi once again urges Dad #1 to tell Real Eun Joong the truth before he finds out about it from someone else.

Hwa Young arrives at a cheap dive where Real Eun Joong is waiting for her. It's a rare Kdrama restaurant with other customers in it. Hwa Young just stares and stares and stares at him. Stares and cries. Even Eun Joong is weirded out a bit.

Go Joo Ran and Joo Pil have another drunkfest. First they're talking about lining up support behind Joo Ha to take over the company. Then Joo Pil quickly sobers up when he hears that not only does Joo Ran know Fake Eun Joong is fake but also Hwa Young knows. (I hadn't thought about it before but I guess Joo Pil thought Hwa Young had been mistaken in thinking the orphan was her real son.)

Fake Eun Joong is agonizing over what he heard through the wiretap. It was Real Eun Joong memorizing the names and bribe amounts from the list. Fake wonders if Real has the USB after all.

At work the next day it is Fake Eun Joong who has to break it to Ah Mi that their law firm isn't going to handle her lawsuit against Taeha Construction anymore. Ah Mi worries that she won't be able to find another law firm to take the case as everyone seems to quake in their boots in the company's shadow.

In the parking garage Kang Ho is driving his boss when Real Eun Joong calmly walks out in front of their car. (It's a cool yet foolhardy move.) Tae Ha orders Kang Ho to get out and take care of the cop as they're pressed for time. Action fight scene - hell yeah! As Tae Ha sits in the car watching he gets a call from his fake son warning him that Real Eun Joong has seen and memorized the bribery list. Tae Ha looks ready to explode right as Real Eun Joong takes Kang Ho down.

Tae Ha has no choice but to have a meeting with the winner and still champion. As part of his plan, Real Eun Joong pretends he'll return the USB back to Tae Ha for 10 billion won. They'll meet somewhere tonight for the exchange. But, oh no! Once Real Eun Joong gets into his (bugged) car he calls Deputy Chief to report everything is going according to plan. Tae Ha is listening and now knows this is all a trap and starts planning a trap of his own.

Rani Episode 1

So I was perusing though Viki's archives when this French costume drama caught my eye and I decided to give it a try.

The year is 1743. Phillipe de Valcourt is riding in to join his father the marquess for dinner. He thinks he brings good news when he announces he's been promoted to the rank of colonel and an aide de camp to a duke. Dad is not impressed as he sees this as just another way for his ne're-do-well son to stay as far away from any fighting as he can. There's a good reason why Dad is displeased with Phillipe. While getting his will in order, Dad has discovered Phillipe has been forging his name in order to get large loans so he can pay for favors at court. Therefore Dad has decided to leave the bulk of the family estate to his daughter, Jolanne.

Phillipe can't believe it. Jolanne is a bastard daughter Dad fathered on his native housekeeper from Macao. Dad has legally recognized Jolanne and hopes she has inherited all the good genes he apparently hasn't been able to pass on to Phillipe.

Jolanne is off at a convent getting schooled. That night she sneaks into the bed of her very good friend, Laure. And when I say good friend I mean really, really, really good friend. It just so happens the tall Laure is also engaged to be married to the slightly shorter than she Phillipe.

Back home, Phillipe helps his father go to sleep - the Big Sleep - with a pillow over the face. With the will not scheduled to be read until Jolanne is present, Phillipe attempts to bribe the notary who has the document in his possession. The notary just barely stays straight and refuses the bribe. Thwarted.

Phillipe's next evil step is to try to marry Jolanne off to some old baron he owes money to. Jolanne is less than thrilled at the idea and refuses the proposal. (Perhaps she doesn't want to leave her really, really, really good friend Laure.) While the family is hosting the funeral at the castle and feeding all their guests, a messengers races in to report the shocking news that the notary's house is on fire. A-ha: no will is good will.

That evening Jolanne and Laure have a lover's spat when Jolanne tries to convince her really, really, really good friend not to marry Phillipe. Laure doesn't care what kind of scoundrel Phillipe is. She wants to be a marchioness and go to Paris and not have to smell peasants!

The notary tells Phillipe that the house and all the important papers (wills, land deeds, etc.) are a total loss. However, since he was about to read it to the public, the notary just happened to have the late marquess' will safe at another location. Phillipe simply rips the will out of the notary's hands and throws the guys out the front door.

Phillipe goes to Jolanne's room and starts feeling her up! Jolanne knees him in the balls and takes off, grabbing a horse and riding willy nilly into the woods. Good thing she was dressed in male clothing (although I don't know why she was dressed this way). She nearly runs off a cliff. When she dismounts her horse is like, "I'm outta here!" and runs away. As Jolanne is standing near the edge of the cliff, thinking back to her loving father, a man rides up. He thinks she's a young man about to throw himself into the river below so grabs Jolanne from behind.

After realizing his mistake our mystery man gives Jolanne a ride back. Along the way he explains he's from Ireland (or so he says) and is secretly working for the French while they're at war with England. He's not wearing a uniform because he's on a secret mission to meet with Phillipe. (Remember, he's a colonel.)

Mystery Man takes Jolanne to an abandoned church where we get the obligatory flash of female nudity as Jolanne changes into some dry clothes. Mystery Man uncovers a secret passage that leads from the church to the chateau. Before they part ways he grabs her for a long kiss goodbye. Probably her first kiss. From a man, that is.

Up at the chateau, Phillipe turns a candelabra in order to open the secret passage door. Mystery Man (sure would like to know your name) delivers a large amount of gold in exchange for a map and battle plans. These plans are overheard by Isabelle, mother of Laure and secretly one of Phillipe's lovers. She kind of makes me think of Vanessa Redgrave.

After Mystery Man leaves, Isabelle enters the room to confront Phillipe for being a traitor to France. He assures her he has plans to have the mystery man killed and the map retrieved so no one will ever know about this. But Isabelle knows. In return for her silence she wants Phillipe to marry her instead of Laure. Phillipe doesn't want her saggy breasts. She slaps him. When he slaps her back Isabelle falls and hits her head on the corner of the desk. Looks like there's going to be another funeral.

When Mystery Man returns to the abandoned church he's surprised to find Jolanne is still there. She begs for him to take her with him but of course he can't do that. Suddenly Phillipe's men attack. Jolanne helps to run interference so Mystery Man can escape.

With the help of Laroche, a crooked policeman on his payroll, Phillipe sets about to frame Jolanne. Planting some money in her bedroom, Phillipe accuses Jolanne of having told the spy about the secret passage. When the spy came into Phillipe's office to steal the military plans, Isabelle discovered him and the spy murdered her. Laroche arrests Jolanne for treason as well as being an accomplice to murder.

Jolanne is rushed through a trial and sentenced to be beheaded. Laroche is transporting her to her execution in Paris. As a dejected Jolanne rides inside a big cage she catches sight of Mystery Man riding past their cavalcade. They have to stop for the night at an inn and a filthy Jolanne is brought o Laroche's room for "interrogation." Jolanne pretends to go along with his "interrogation" in order to get her shackles off. Once she's free she slugs Laroche in the face with her chains and then jumps out of the first storey window.

With soldiers firing at her (and missing) as she runs through the courtyard, Mystery Man rides up like the romance hero he is and lifts Jolanne up onto his horse. Once they get away safely to a friend's farm, we get some explanations as well as another obligatory nude shot. Mystery Man's name is Craig Walker. He's tells Jolanne he's really English, he had nothing to do with the death of Isabelle and it was Phillipe who truly committed treason by selling the battle plans. Craig plans on taking Jolanne to his mother's place in Ireland until the war is over, then he'll testify to Phillipe's perfidy and clear Jolanne's name.

Now it's time for sex. Probably her first time. With a man, that is.

Le Jun Kai Episode 1

Wow, this looks pretty popular over at Viki. I'd better jump on the bandwagon.

Okay, we start with a violent opening (with a very Kdrama feel to it) where Le Jun Kai (played by Peter "You'll always be Lu Bu to me" Ho) is getting the crap beat out of him. A woman being held at bay cries out for the beating to stop. The greasy guy in charge throws down a paper and orders Jun Kai to sign it. Jun Kai says he'll give up everything if they'll just let the girl go. Greasy Guy makes the dramatic announcement that Li Ye (played by Janine "I speak friggin' German, y'all" Chang) knew Jun Kai had killed her father but she still married him anyway. Jun Kai can't believe what he's hearing.

Enough about that, let's flash back to a month ago. Jun Kai is trying to read a magazine when Greasy Guy and his gang show up and attempt to talk business. Jun Kai breaks the finger of one of the thugs. Do NOT interrupt him when he's reading Vogue! Greasy Guy (who I must point out is wearing one of the Ugliest Jackets Known To Man) makes reference to Jun Kai's divorce from Li Ye and the problems he had with her father. Jun Kai can't be pulled away from his reading and Greasy Guy leaves in frustration.

Out in the hallway one of Greasy Guy's minions tells how Jun Kai has been searching for Li Ye for years but she's managed to avoid him. We now go to Li Ye's hovel. She can't go in to work today because her son isn't feeling well. As chubby Tian Tian eats some porridge mom made, Li Ye pulls out a gold lighter and has a flashback to better times. The lighter belonged to Jun Kai who gave it to her to hold to show he was serious about quitting smoking.

Li Ye has no choice but to go to work albeit late. I'm not totally sure where she works as all I see is her and her co-worker folding lots and lots of towels. The boss lady calls out that Li Ye has a customer. Li Ye goes into a room to greet a man. He asks if she doesn't remember him; he works for Director Le. This causes Li Ye to have yet another flashback to when Jun Kai has her by the throat and is yelling about his wife, Xiao Cai. (Are you confused yet? I sure am. Perhaps Xiao Cai was his first wife.) Coming back to herself in the present, Li Ye takes off running out of the shop.

As she's returning to her hovel, a couple of guys throw a bag over her head and attempt to abduct her. Luckily the guy from the shop shows up just in time to stop them. Li Ye doesn't stick around long enough to thank him or anything and runs on home to her tubby kid who is all alone. The guy, I think his name is Ah Wen, reports back to Le Jun Kai about finding Li Ye and the fact that she has a kid. This is news to Jun Kai.

And that's it. That's Episode 1. It's only sixteen minutes long. I've never encountered such a short drama before. Apparently this is a "web series" which is something I'm not familiar with. Perhaps I should stick Episode 2 here on the end just to make this post worthwhile.
Li Ye and Tub Tub I mean Tian Tian are sharing a sparse meal. He asks to go to kindergarten because at least there they have a heater. Now that's just sad. Li Ye promises that when she gets paid she'll take him somewhere special like McDonald's. That's also just sad.

Greasy Guy - who has a name! He's Lei Lun. Anyway, Lei Lun is upset that the kidnapping last night didn't go as planned. He wants to use Li Ye as a tool against his most hated enemy, Jun Kai.

Li Ye goes to work, which I see now is a hair salon. I was confused because I'm not used to hair salons being open at night. We quit early 'round here. She's told she has a customer up in the private spa room and again she goes up there. Did she not learn anything from her reaction to the last "customer" who was waiting for her in this room?

So she opens the door and there's her ex-husband, appropriately dressed in a wifebeater. Since he's a customer she has no choice but to give him a massage. He reveals that he knows she has a kid and he starts offering her money. Li Ye continues to deny she knows what he's talking about. What kid?

Jun Kei slowly gets up from the bed, picks Li Ye up, throws her down on the bed, straddles her, chokes her and then starts to kiss her. We're in Bodice Ripper territory, folks! Li Ye goes running downstairs to be comforted by her co-worker. Jun Kei ambles on downstairs like he didn't just brutalize his ex and throws her money, warning Li Ye not to try and run from him.

Back at home Jun Kei's (kinda ugly but her heart's in the right place) sister Yi An confronts him about bothering his ex-wife. She points out how he he's kept all of Li Ye's things she left behind. Obviously he still has feelings for Li Ye so he should stop lying to himself. He should also move on from his first wife, Xiao Cai. At this Jun Kei blows up, reminding his sister of how Li Mo Hui (Li Ye's dad) was responsible for Xiao Cai's death.

This calls for another flashback. Jun Kei searches through an abandoned building, calling out Xiao Cai's name. He finds her obviously pregnant body with a big knife stuck in her chest.

Next, not to get you too confused, is yet another flashback only of a slightly happier memory. Jun Kai has come to watch Li Ye practice for a play. He seems really touched by her performance and is a totally different guy from the ass hole we've come to know. This is the time when he started to light up a cigarette and, seeing her coughing from the smoke, hands her the gold lighter and promises to quit. And now it's time to swap slobbers.

EDIT: Paullie over at Viki was kind enough to clue us in as to the name of the opening song. This video has nothing to do with the show, BTW.

EDIT EDIT: And then there's this one that I can't seem to get right so I'm just giving you the link.

Wild Cat Episode 18

Eduarda offers to move in with Luis Mario and Maribella so she can take care of the blind model. Eduarda do something nice? I sense Evil.

Crooked Nurse (I have no idea what her name is) goes to the spa and tells Patricio how she has Rosaura's missing baby. Patricio is so shocked it looks like his skull is trying to pop out of his head. Crooked Nurse offers to keep the child hidden as long as Patricio pays out. He accepts.

Just like that Maribella's eyesight returns. Eduarda advises her to keep this a secret and keep acting blind.

Luis Mario and Rosaura make out like nobody's business before they say their final goodbyes (again).

There's an extremely brief shot of Ivan (who is walking again BTW) with some dude who is taking a bat to the windshield of a Mercedes Benz. I have no idea what is going on.

Carina is found unconscious on her bedroom floor. When she comes to she claims she fainted from the stress of Max's death. You mean Max who jumped out of a helicopter is dead?! What happened? Damn you, Editing Gods! You can't just leave something like this out. And how the heck is Ivan walking again?! I demand to know!

Luis Mario breaks into Rosaura's bedroom so they can make out again.

Silvano takes Rosaura to a romantic mall food court so he can pressure her to marry him.

Rosaura's annoying little sister just happens to be friends with Leonardo, the son of Crooked Nurse. One night he takes the baby and flees his abusive mother, finding shelter with his friend at her house.

Carina is diagnosed with leukemia.

Rosaura and Luis Mario just can't keep their tongues away from each other as Maribella spies on them through the window.

Rosaura also has a breakthrough when she remembers the crooked nurse who helped her give birth when she was imprisoned in the attic.

Eduarda comes up with the idea of Maribella giving her the money to pay back the loan on the estate so they can kick Rosaura out of the house.

Once again Luis Mario has mysteriously hurt his arm and is wearing a sling but that doesn't stop him from making out with Maribella after learning she helped to regain his house.

Patricio gets Rosaura to move back in with him (in her grandma's old mansion which he stole) by promising he'll retrieve her missing daughter.

As Rosaura is driving down the street she sees and recognizes Crooked Nurse walking down the sidewalk.

Wild Cat Episode 17

Patricio, emotional tears in his eyes, explains to Rosaura how he hopes if she gives him one night of exchanging bodily fluids she'll come to view their marriage in a different light. You'd better be damned good, Patricio.

Whiplash back to Luis Mario telling Gabriel that the test results are in and Gabriel is the father of Eva's baby. Gabriel goes over to Eva's mansion to bitch slap her around (to be fair she bitch slapped him first) and to take his baby away. Eva is just fine with that as she didn't want the kid in the first place, she just needed him to trap Luis Mario into marriage.

Panchita, that gossipy maid with a fruit basket on her head (I'm not lying), calls Luis Mario to tell him Rosaura has left for a 9 p.m. appointment at a hotel for a night of passion with - Silvano. Only Rosaura is really with Patricio. He's begging her to give herself freely while she's crying and telling him to just get this vile business over with. Suddenly Silvano bursts into the room and decks Patricio. Downstairs in the lobby the ever-late Luis Mario is trying to catch an elevator so he can also come to Rosaura's rescue.

Patricio gives up and leaves the room. Weak with relief, Rosaura falls into Silvano's arms for comforting. This is what Luis Mario sees when he finally arrives on the scene. They don't even know he's there in the room with them. He leaves in disgust.

Patricio goes home to Camelia where they discuss making Rosaura "disappear" as Patricio would rather have her dead than for anyone else to have her.

Luis Mario, on the rebound, thinks about marrying Maribella once his divorce with Eva is final. This would make, what - wife #4?

Time skip ahead and now Rosaura is in the last months of her pregnancy. She's leaving the mansion to hit the mall and doesn't realize she's being followed by Thug-For-Hire (in a VW Cabriolet!) We don't get to see what happens next, only that Rosaura wakes up to find herself imprisoned in an attic by Patricio. And just to make it even more dramatic, she goes into labor.

Luis Mario decides to forgive his birth mother, Mercedez. (I still don't know why she abandoned him in the first place.)

Rosaura gives birth to a baby girl. Luis Mario, who has just found out the baby his ex-wife was expecting is his, now learns that Rosaura has gone missing. The strain of giving birth seems to have short circuited Rosaura's mind as she refuses to believe the baby girl is hers. The maid who was originally helping Patricio and Camelia has now had a change of heart and helps Rosaura escape with the baby. A confused Rosaura, still not believing the baby is hers, dumps the child off on an old woman and then takes off.

Sometime later Rosaura seems to have come to her senses and now she wants her damn baby back! The police arrive to take a hysterical Rosaura to the hospital. She has no memory of what she did with the baby or where she gave birth. Maribella doesn't believe it and thinks this is all a lie so Rosaura can win back Luis Mario.

As can only happen in a soap opera, the old lady who has the baby just happens to be the mother of the crooked nurse who helped Rosaura give birth in the attic. Recognizing the child, the crooked nurse plans to keep the baby and use her to extort money.

As Luis Mario is driving Maribella away from the hospital he tells her their marriage is off as he needs to stay by Rosaura's side. Distraught, Maribella physically attacks him while the vehicle is moving. As Luis Mario tries to regain control of the truck, Maribella (who wasn't wearing her seat belt) is thrown out of cab and up against the curb. At the hospital Maribella awakens to discover she's lost her eyesight.

Hmm, or has she? Is this an act to get Luis Mario to stay with her? Stay tuned.
