I Need Romance 2012 Episode 4

The girls are being interviewed for Bubble magazine. (Don't ask why, I have no idea. Why am I not being interviewed for Bubble magazine? What the hell is Bubble magazine anyway? I bet it's geared towards women who buy ugly handbags and dangerous shoes. But I digress...) We learn how our trio first met, as 16 year-olds beating up a bald flasher. Yeol Mae thinks to herself how she still hasn't told Ji Hee about seeing Jae Kyung with Jeong Min, leaving me to still wonder who the frik is Jeong Min in the first place.

There's a new branch manager at Ji Hee's office. (What does she do again? Eh, it's not important.) Of course it turns out to be Earbuds Guy, whose name is Kim Tae Woo. (I didn't see the first season of I Need Romance but I glean that this character is a carry-over.) Ji Hee is so embarrassed she considers quitting, but thankfully Yeol Mae talks her out of it. Instead, Ji Hee insists Tae Woo sign a handwritten contract to promise never ever speak of what happened at the park, or else she'll curse him with STD's and impotency.

Meanwhile, Yeol Mae is enjoying her arrangement with Seok Hyun. Seriously, they're going at it like bunny rabbits. I'm surprised he has the stamina. Alas, as always happens in real life as well as dramas, she's beginning to wish there was more to their relationship than just sex.

Jae Kyung's shoe business is in a bit of a bind and needing an infusion of cash, but she's having trouble getting it. She turns to her husband, Jang Woo, who refuses to put in his own money or allow her to put up their home (they're co-owners) for collateral. For the first time we see the cracks. This arranged marriage isn't as friendly as it seems.

For some unknown reason Ji Hee allows Asswipe another chance.

Wanting a future and marriage with Seon Hyuk makes Yeol Mae depressed. She goes to Ji Hoon and asks to listen to some of his albums. They talk about fate and such and he mentions a woman he keeps meeting as if it's fate. Oh no, even Ji Hoon gets a flashback. We see a nerdy Ji Hoon going to a guitar class. Guess who's teaching? Guess. Don't be stupid! Of course it's Yeol Mae and of course she doesn't remember him because she still hasn't gotten that CAT scan I advised her to get.

Five years later he sees her again. She's in his coffee shop, asleep in a chair and sawing wood like nobody's business. He can't believe she's the same woman from before. After she wakes up she sees the sign advertising his coffee class and this is when she signs up for it. Back to the present, Yeol Mae still doesn't get that this woman he's talking about is her.

Seok Hyun has another run in with the young author, Kang Na Hyun. He's finally starting to feel bad about the situation so he offers to co-write something with her. He brings her back home, which doesn't make Yeol Mae happy. They end up getting into another argument.

The next morning, hoping to make up for the way she acted, Yeol Mae happily starts cleaning Seok Hyun's side of the house. She goes upstairs to vacuum and finds Na Hyun asleep in his bed. He's not there because he just got back from buying groceries. Yeol Mae grabs anything she can and starts throwing stuff at him.
